Safe sweetners

Good morning ladies. Wonder if anyone can tell me the safest sweetener to use instead of sugar. Been using a little honey but wondered if this has too much sugar. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Dear, go for Stevia or xylitol. These are the only safe ones. Only carefull with the quantity if use xylitol, it has laxative properties. Enjoy!
