Aching feet!!!!

Just would like to put it out there to see if anybody else is having this problem.... It's not the soles of the feet that ache but just below my toes... Also keep going into cramps???

Yes 1735. Ever sibce I began chemo last October. I not onky get tr cramps but still have vert little feeling in tbe tips of my toes and tbe underneath of them. There is also a horrid tingling in my feet too. Its a nuisance. Hooe yours eases up soon xx

I have terrible aching and painful feet with numbness and tingling sometimes. It began when I was on chemo and has gradually got worse with subsequent treatments. Mine is made worse as I also have arthritis in my feet too. My oncologist puts itcall down to my arthritis but I know It is not. The joys!! Hope it improves for you xx

I have similar problems, diagnosed as neuropathy. However, my Oncologist also advised me that if I had a pre-disposition to any medical condition prior to chemotherapy and Anastrazole hormone treatment, then the drugs would exacerbate the symptoms! I do have arthritis in a lot of joints & also suffer from bunions & corn tissue on the ball of feet so these conditions are not going to improve while ever I continue with the hormone tablets. I finished chemo over a year ago but now I understand about pre-disposition to medical conditions it all makes more sense to me. Still glad to be here and in a position to 'moan' about drug side effects!

Yes I too get achy feet it comes and goes, don't know if it the chemo, the zoladex, the tamoxifen, letrizole or something else. I get it for a few days every few weeks I find raising my feet helps and I wear orthotic inserts.

Yes I have very achy feet especially first thing in the morning for me it's mostly in the heels it started while I was on taxol and herceptin am on letrizole now it is getting worse,I have returned to work as a chef and I am finding this very troublesome

Yes i get sore feet first thing in the mornings but when i get moving i am fine its such a nuisance dont know what its from still on herceptin so i was putting it down to this?hope it improves for you if not talk to oncology! !x

yep i to have stiff achey feet in the mornings especially. My oncologist says its just old age!!!!! im not even 60 yet!!! I'm taking anastrazole and have been for 3 years now - why wont the medics recognise there is definately a link??

Please see my earlier response to this & what my Oncologist advised me about Anastrazole and chemo side effects. It does explain why some ladies don't appear to have side effects & why those that do experience the side effects at different levels!

Yes, mine started with Docetaxil and is getting progressively worse with herceptin. I have some days where I can't tolerate socks and shoes and I certainly have a shaky walk. Wishing you well with this X
