Reconstruction update...

so I had right side implant reconstruction and a smaller implant to left side to balance me out and lipo remodeling to fill out round right side to look more natural as of course no breast tissue on that side. This was on friday, home Saturday afternoon feeling well, just bit sore especially along my thighs where they took fat from. I have to wear a soft bra 24/7 for 6 weeks, a little uncomfortable as it sits on stitches under left breast. I'm not as bandaged up as I expected, thought I'd look sort of mummified!! and I'm pleased with what I can see already.

just taking it easy now, husband got the week off and its half term so 11 year old daughter keeping me company, quite idyllic really.

Hi caz pleased that you are pleased with the results of your recon, I wish you a continued good recovery, on your other post regarding side effects when stopping tamoxifen, why not ring your BCN or GP just to get some advice/reassurance, look after yourself xxx
