Problems sleeping.....

If you are having problems sleeping, on returning a couple of library books earlier I saw a book entitled 'The Sleep Book' written by Dr Guy Meadows, founder of the sleep school, I don't have problems sleeping but I thought I'd let people know about it, if interested may be worth borrowing it from a library, or seeing if it's available on Amazon, it was published in 2014 by Orion, goodnight all, sweet dreams xxxx

Thanks will have a look... haven't slept properly for over a year now, some of it is anxiety but mostly I just can't sleep for more than a couple of hours at a time.. I have tried drugs.. Gabapentin is good for night flushes and can make you drowsy, when desperate I take before bed.. wish there was a miracle cure! xx
