Cramp???

Anyone else getting foot and leg cramp??? Can cope with toes cramping but leg cramps are soooo painful !!!

Yes I have put mine down to too many hot flushes in the day/night so I eat dark chocolate as this helps. I also swim twice a week but have to carry a bar with me in case I get cramp when I come out - things you have to do I blame it on the tamoxifen big time xx

Thanks for that....another good excuse to eat chocolate I ll give it a try tonight . Think I read somewhere it's calcium deficiency ✊😘xx

Hi after taking Tamoxifen for two years and suffering terrible cramp I take quinine tablets one a night a problem solved xx

I had terriblecramp when I started on tamoxifen. Had a glass of tonic before I went to bed. The quinine in the tonic helps.

Hi my name is Fran and yes I have suffered with terrible cramps in my feet and legs which I told my oncologist about and he proscribed quinine sulphate tablets which are great you just take one a night

Thank you its been getting worse and sometimes happens when I,m driving which isn't very pleasant!!! Don't know your story Fran but I,m wishing you well ✊💞
