Are Biomedical Implants of benefit to the Brain Itself ?

This is important whether you choose to read it or not it's the truth of the matter one question I would like to ask all the members of Headway and on this platform designed to help victims who has had Injuries to their head at some point in their life which mine was also a violation of my body by the unconsented approval of biomedical Implants or pharmaceuticals like was fitted to me which the NHS wanted to cover up and did for over 30 years of my life would you be happy at the thought of you being abused by EMF and fitted with biomedical Implants ?
