No MRI because of metal implant

About 6 months ago my OBGYN told me my blood work came back and something looked off with my glands. So she redid the test and I got the same results. So I went endocrinologist and she wanted to do an MRI but found out I had a gastric stimulator in my stomach for gastric paralysis. So I had to do a CT scan with contrast. Is there any other test that can give me better information on my pituitary gland. I am having all the symptoms of someone who has issues with the pituitary gland and I need answers. Please someone help. My brain scan came back as mild to moderate bifrontal atrophy. Is this normal for a 37 year old woman. Also my OBGYN said I'm going thru early menopause and the gland that produces milk for newborns wouldn't produce milk for me.
