Head Pressure 24/7

For the past 2 weeks I’ve had this odd sensation mainly in the top right side of my head it’s like a ache I wake up with it everyday sometimes it feels tingly or an itch I can’t get too. But I get pressure behind my eye and on my forehead the pressure is pretty much constant. I’ve had an MRI scan and it came back with minor inflamed sinus right side and mastoroid bone. 2 months ago I had an ear infection still to this day my ear doesn’t feel right. Any thoughts on the pressure in the head as it never goes and is ruining my life now.

Just a suggestion but my daughter had something similar which started with an itch behind her eye(her description). After extensive tests she was told she had a condition called Chiari 1 malformation. This gives her headaches from any type of pressie, eg coughing. Might be worth asking
