Concerns for my friend

2 times now after being in the heat then eating my friend has gotten severe pressure headaches and last time she passed out. She seems fine just hot after the heat and humidity then will drink soda with a meal and bam severe headache that lasts 2-3 days cats cat scan showed nothing blood work ok

I have chronic daily headaches that started when I was between 18 and 20 and then they were the occasional migraine which in a few years turned into daily migraines there now controlled 35 years later.

Couple of questions: how old is your friend and can they remember what they ate those two times because certain foods can trigger a migraine and also being dehydrated can bring on a headache. I sure hope that your friend isn't going to start getting migraines. Hopefully it's as simple as just being hydrated and avoiding the food she ate that would be great. If her headaches continue she should see a doctor and rule out anything serious.
