In the first group for COVID vaccination. I’m worried it’s not been tested enough yet. I have had a Subarachnoid haemorrhage years ago with a new aneurysm of 9mm diagnosed, Should I have it at this early stage?

I hope you've gone ahead with the vaccine. Unless you have another underlying condition I cannot see why you shouldn't go ahead. The risk with aneurysms is that they will burst. They generally (but not always) burst when they're big. A vaccination will not cause an aneurysm to grow or burst.

A chat with your GP will give you reassurance
