Hi, I had a sah in 2009.
Fatigue is still a big problem.
What I do is ,if I've got a busy day coming up for 2days before I will take everything slowly and pace myself and rest. I will also make sure that the next day or 2 after are quiet and slow. This helps.
If I get an expected busy day I will rest the next day or two.
You have to learn to be kind to yourself, take life a little slower 🛌 if you need to sleep then do so, but try not to sleep after 3pm.
Headway do an informative booklet on 'managing your Fatigue '
Good luck 👍 be kind to yourself 🧚♀️
