, it’s always lurking in the background I woke up on my 30th with terrible fatigue& it ruined most of my day, as I had to stay in bed, yesterday I managed to get up the stairs in my house & have a bath in my bath& slept in my own king size bed for the first time in almost a year, had a terrible night sleep as fatigue set in in the early hours of the morning, fatigue never fails to Knock you down a peg or two after a massive achievement and lovely happy moments will this be the case the entire way through my recovery

Hi, I had a sah in 2009.

Fatigue is still a big problem.

What I do is ,if I've got a busy day coming up for 2days before I will take everything slowly and pace myself and rest. I will also make sure that the next day or 2 after are quiet and slow. This helps.

If I get an expected busy day I will rest the next day or two.

You have to learn to be kind to yourself, take life a little slower 🛌 if you need to sleep then do so, but try not to sleep after 3pm.

Headway do an informative booklet on 'managing your Fatigue '

Good luck 👍 be kind to yourself 🧚‍♀️

This is exactly my life. I definitely have to rest after an active day, and rest before as well, just as you described. Do you have any temperature “disregulation”? I will get really cold for a day or two if I have ”overdone” it.
