Living with a aneurysm is no fun more so when your local council leaves you to deal with anti social behaviour for 18 months. Apparently the person causing the problem is vulnerable! f***k what about me do any of you guy have any advice?

Having worked for a local council for 20 years. You must put all complaints in writing otherwise you get the fob off over the phone. If it's in writting it has to be delt with, so that's the starting point, always ask for names ( they don't like giving them) make sure you get it all in black and white. Don't give up as most of them have not a clue and make mistakes leaving them in the wrong, then get your local M.P. involved.

Mp or local councillor if you can get either onside the council will buckle all though they have limited powers.

Thank u for your advice. I have lots like cctv, noise diaries. Emails and letters from council. I guess they dont feel like they have to do anything... im so mad had zero help ive been threatened repeatedly with violance this person even attacked my friend when she came to pick me up for my farther's funeral it's constant banging up at us (she lives below) scream up at us if anyone visits us then subjected to music it's so loud my floor shakes I'm so fed up my housing manager informed us that our housing officer had not told them what was going on. Don't know what to do

Put in a written complaint about your housing officer, those who make the most fuss are the ones who get the most done. If they say they don't know but you reported it they have already accepted that they are wrong.
