A bit odd but a bladder question

Since i had my clipping op on 22nd august i have had a constant pressure in my bladder. At first i thought it wss the catheter in my bladder which i had in for 8 days but when it was taken out i had more pressure and the need to go frequently a bit like having cycstitis but without the pain or burning. My urine is clear and very light so no infection. I was wondering if something during the op may have been irritated. Anyone else had this?

I had a SAH in 2015 which was coiled and a stent put in. I noticed an increase in the need to urinate during my recovery. It did ease after a while but it was a noticeable symptom for quite some time.
