Is it possible to fly after brain surgery?

Recently they hVe done surgery to my brain becuse of aneurysm.they have done clipping.i want to go home to philippines but cant make appointment to my doctor.can any doctor tell me that i can go by plane for 12 hours,is it not risky for my brain after 6 weeks of surgery?

My wife had he anurisam clipped after it ruptured plus had a shunt fitted doctors told her no problem with flying
