I'm so sorry to hear you're having headaches. I've had them too and like you it feels like pressure. When I finally get to see the expert neuro radiologist in October I will raise with him that people are reporting headaches but they're being dismissed as migraines or (in my case) stress.

It really is not fair to leave us in pain whatever the cause or with unanswered questions. Would someone with a brain tumour be left? No they wouldn't. I know it's not exactly the same medicallt but physiologically the diagnosis has the same effect.

I've been told not to take ibruprofen as I could cause a leak. Also not to take co codam ol fir more than 3 days as it can cause a headache as much as cure it!

Maybe a pharmacist can advise you? Worth a try.

I started with a headache in 2010 and still have it. After being fobbed off with that old " it's a migraine " crap, the wife kicked off in the docs and they sent me for an MRI scan and hey presto, an aneurysm was found, a few months later it was coiled and I was sent home BUT alas I still have that headache, yes, it's now been 7 years with the same sore head, worse when any exersion takes place or I lie down.

Don't take crap from your GP I'd be dead by now if I'd have kept listening to my so-called expert doc.

Yes I've found that physical exertion brings it in too. Makes sense to us but not the experts it seems.
