Hi congratulations! i am about 11 weeks myself!

I dont eat as healthy as I should as I am off food most of the time!

I eat fruit and yoghurt or snack on carrot stick and celery

I am addicted to crisps at the minute oops!

Good luck xx

Fruit is a good option.. if I get a feel for a snack I try to stick to bananas strawberries grapes and apples... (not usually a big fruit eater but will do for baby) but you can try carrot sticks and bits like that. Smoothies are great for between meals as they are quite filling. Dairylea Dunkers are quite nice too!

Hello L921605 , try munching on dry fruits, eat a lot of fruits, eat salads try keeping yourself hydrated. Pomegranate, apples, pears, oranges make for a great source of all the vitamins your body will need.
