Can someone tell me I take my tablets with water does that go towards my water intake as I drink 7/8 mugs of decaf teas throughout the day even can be more!!! depending on how early I get up in the morning and around 6pm I have diluted squash quite a large glass with ice cubes 4/5 in it which I tend to sip throughout the evening while trying to watch TV does that count towards my liquid intake? as if I drink to much I am having a disturbed nights sleep as to have a good nights sleep is difficult at times with IBS/Divert Disease as that tends to keep me on edge sometimes!!! having a bad painful day of it today again with this constant "URGE" to poop and on & off the toilet just in case!! and when I try to sit it feels like I am sat on rocks and been kicked very hard up my bum
