Hello,I am 18 years old female .From last five or six months i feel polyps in my anus and i also constipated from 1 year .The polyps does not cause any pain nor bleeding and it does not effects my daily life routine .It only cause blockage and constipation because these polyps are getting bigger in size.And i also sometimes feels lower abdomen pain and bloating.I am very distressed is that hemorrhoids or something more serious??
