My husband is on warfarin for past 25 yrs and has worn a silver chain bracelet that have his name and 'warfarin' inscribed on a plaque on it. There is also a scheme run by the Lions Club that supplies a small plastic bottle to be stored in the door of a fridge. This would have all medical details on it. It comes with a sticker to be put on inside of front door. Ambulance crew are trained to look out for it.
