HelloI started Abaloparatide daily injections yesterday. I have recently been diagnosed as very high risk of fractures due to bone density imapcted by a red blood cell condition. I am 56 post menopause.

Keen to see if anyone else on this and experiences.

Thanks

Good Morning, you must be one of the first to get this new drug - congratulations! I have been waiting for some time although approved for Abaloparatide as, like yourself, am deemed to be high risk for future fractures as I have three from a year ago but now healed. I will be interested to know how you progress and hope that I will follow shortly.

Good luck!

Sorry, I forgot to ask where in the UK are you as it may make a difference to the availability of Abaloparatide. Many thanks.

Thank you for letting me know your location as there is a real post-code lottery regarding the anabolic (bone building) drugs. I look forward to hearing how you progress and wish you all the best.
