Im sorry to see that no one has responded to you. The best I can do is say as far as I know REMS goes under a different name in the US - I think it is this - I haven’t had a look on the site but hopefully this will help echolightmedical.com/en/usa...

Hi. If you email Echolight (from their website), they will send you the most UTD list. I think Texas or Canada may be closest . (If it makes sense, echolight developed the R.E.M.S. imaging, in the USA, different practitioners advertise it differently.)
