I have used an alkaline water filter jug since 2020. Think mine is a Biocera Alkalikne water filter but I’m not sure - as for does it help? I haven’t a clue but it sits in the fridge and makes tap water tastes good - I do drink tap water too but our water either smells of bleach or smells like goldfish bowl water.

So the alkaline water tastes good but does it help your bones? Haven’t a clue.

I have an alkaline water jug. I have used alkaline water to make our coffee and tea for 7 years. It solved any problems my husband and I have had with acid reflux. Sometimes if I eat really spicy food at dinner I have a glass before bed. Fixes that tummy right up. I have no idea if it helps bones though.
