here is a link to our calcium-rich food-choosing lists that are on our website. For weight gain go for the full-fat options. We also have on this page a calcium calculator that you might want to check out. It was done by Edinburgh University. theros.org.uk/information-a... I hope you find this useful.

Can definitely recommend the ROS dietary advice pages. In fact I often recommend it to others on here. It’s amazing all the different foods you can choose to add calcium and D3 to your diet
