I'm not using the product but I love their website which has loads of nutritional, exercise etc. tips. Definitely worth visiting. The reason I resisted their fantastic marketing is, that a) there seems to be good evidence that calcium should not be taken as a supplement which bears the risk of being deposited in the arteries and not the bones and b) calcium seems to compete with magnesium for absorption and transportation. When I asked Agaecal how they have solved this problem, I never got an answer. This further deterred me from buying the product. In the end everybody has to decide whether they want to give it a try. Their marketing certainly is very enticing and implies that a great number of people have been very successful in increasing or at least keeping their BMD by taking the product. It is quite expensive. Which was another deterrent for me. Personally I think that it is much better to get all the nutrients from a balanced diet (eat the rainbow ;) ). However, by all means, explore their website. I find it to be very informative.
