An interesting read. I am looking forward to my second REMS scan in November this year.

I had my first REMs today - very interesting, very informative and very useful. Came away with lots of excellent advice and an answer to the discrepancy in the improvement in my t scores after teriparatide. I’d thought my spine score had barely improved and was disappointed but now understand that my existing fractures plus some scoliosis means the spine score was inaccurate. And the teriparatide had indeed improved my spine quite significantly. Still have a fracture risk and was strongly advised (well, instructed..) to concentrate on doing strong and straight exercises - my balance is already fine. Well worth the cost which I feel is quite moderate for what you get.
