In Australia we use 180 mcg per day. I use Nature's Way Osteo-K: pharmacydirect.com.au/natur... but, as they have just changed the formula to include Vitamin D which I don't need, I'm going to switch to Microgenics: chemistwarehouse.com.au/sea... These are both good brands here, but you'll probably want to find a local brand in your part of the world. Look on iHerb or Amazon and check the product reviews.
I use this one that I buy on Amazon - I like it because it is made in the U.K. I’m not sure how you can tell how good a supplement is not without testing and I don’t test for K2.
I use one from Health4All as it has 200mcg (Vit k2 MK7 from natto). I get it from Amazon too. As it’s not an actual medication but a supplement and so is not regulated like medicines - it’s a case of find one you think looks ok with accreditations, ingredients and giving it a try. As Arcadia10 has found the “recipes” get updated so it’s a case of keeping an eye on your choice and keeping an open mind to try others that look ok.
I use vitabay 100mcg. ..........small white tablets. I have read that 100mcg is suitable for up to 10,000iu Vit D. I take 2,000iu, and so I cut the K2-MK7 in quarters, as I don't like taking anything more than the bare minimum.
Better you is a good one. Its an oral mouth spray and tends to absorb better than via the stomach.
In the USA, look for supplements that have one of the following seals of approval: NSF, USP, UL or ConsumerLab.
