Has anyone improved their DEXA scores? If so, what did you do that improved your numbers? Was it exercise? Was it supplements? Or was it medication?

I began walking 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening. I improved my t score by 11 percent. Started taking calcium with vitamin d as recommended by my physician. I don’t take high dose of this - just recommended amount. I was surprised by the effectiveness of this routine.

I have decided ne the same - long walk in morning -2 hrs and shorter one in afternoon. Take vit D and Osteocare tablet and cod liver oil and primrose oil. Seems better but not had test this year- feet hurt sometimes tho. Would rather take supplements than some of the medicines prescribed and I’ve lost over 2 stone after retiring and not just sitting at a desk.Hope you feel better soon.
