Has anyone else noticed their arms bent. If it was my legs I would have bow legs. They firstly hurt a few years ago, then slowly bent. My wrists and hands are swollen. Daughter in law says it looks like my hands don't belong on my arms. They are mishapen . I have osteo arthritis. I did some finger excersises and now hands wrist and arms have started paining me again.
Anyone else got funny arms?

Oh dear - it sounds like you might need to talk to a rheumatologist or someone about that. I’ve got CRPS following a broken wrist - that’s very weird amongst other things I felt as if someone had transplanted a giants hand on the my wrist - and the fingers on that hand hurt.
I wouldn't do too much exercising - I’ve discovered that I need to be very careful about what I do and the physio I’m dealing with by phone and internet calls said I shouldn’t be working at a pain level of more than 3/10. I was working at more than that so I’ve cut right back.
Have you tried contrast bathing for them - dipping them alternately in bowls of hot and cold water? I find that good and I’ve got one of those round bath sponges with the coarse bit in one side and sponge on the other that I squeeze, sometimes in the bath and sometimes when it is dry and I find that nicer to do than using Thera putty and all the special exercise balls etc.
