What treatment are you on and what damage have they found due to these pressures?
No, I don't think I have. But in a surgery or hospital, my BP rockets due to white coat syndrome. I have found that readings taken at home are most representative. Was this taken in hospital?
You are a body builder. Suggest you find a medical specialist who can advise you?
Recently underwent a 24hr ambulatory blood pressure exam. Quite uncomfortable during the evening hours but not that bad overall. Found that my systolic pressures the one that skyrockets with very little intensive exertion. And it seems to take much longer than it should to come back down.
