Thank you so much, Christopher, for your great courage to share your story and for your encouraging and uplifting words. Thank you for helping many others by sharing you went through abuse. It is not easy to share that... but themost important thing is there is hope and it is so important to never give up.

Although this may be of interest to people generally this board is for PMR/GCA not PTSD. So it may be more appropriate to post it elsewhere.

Hi Piglette, HealthUnlocked hosts many community groups (boards), supporting people with over 300 different health interests, including the HealMyPTSD community.
