Email downtime

Hello all,

We hope you’ve had a great week and are enjoying 2020 so far!

We use a third party emailing tool that has scheduled some downtime tomorrow morning (6am-12pm GMT). Unfortunately, this is out of our control but we will be rescheduling daily digest emails to be sent outside this period for tomorrow ONLY.

All other emails sent from our site will be unsuccessful during this time, this includes reports to community admins/HealthUnlocked, password resets and verification emails as a few examples.

Community admins will receive a list of all reports made during this downtime for their records on Monday. The reports received during the downtime will be assessed via our database and any action necessary will be taken.

You can still contact us on support@healthunlocked.com and these emails will be delivered successfully, so be assured that we will reply as usual during our working hours of Monday - Friday.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi Laura, 2020 is going well, thank you. Thanks for letting us admins know and creating a workaround for our communities' daily digests.

Many thanks Laura. You letting us know have saved a lot of worries tomorrow, such as 'why aren't we getting any notifications?' or 'why things 'don't seem to work'', and so on.

And then we would get puzzled and start emailing you people....

But now we know.

Enjoy the weekend,

pigeon.

Hi Winb. My sympathies to you, I think/hope I am coming to the end of mine, it’s a debilitating one , a lot of it around this year.

I bought at least 5 different cough remedies none of which helped .Must have gone through a jar of honey....All I can advise it to keep warm drink plenty, and sleep.

Wishing you a quick recovery

Look after yourself.

Hi this is not to do with the above downtime, however today my daily digest email did not arrive. My settings with my IPS are being changed so that could be the cause. But would appreciate any suggestions as to the cause. Thanks
