Hi Alexa, just started following HU because ADHD site,have found it really helpful and has given me hope. Am 59 diagnosed at 55, long journey but good to discover this. My wife has been talking about the couch 2 5K. Want to give it a go so will follow this thread to actually get started.thanks for this site. Creighton 👣
