The health advent calendar: 24 days of health conditions

Tomorrow we will officially launch the health advent calendar!

Over the next 24 days, the calendar will open a door on a new health condition. A blog will be published each day, featuring charities and organisations with communities on HealthUnlocked, all sharing experiences and information on a health condition.

The first door opens on Friday 1st December.

You can help support the campaign and ensure everyone gets the support and information they need, by sharing our blogs and Facebook or Twitter.

For more information on this unique advent calendar see our latest blog: blog.healthunlocked.com/pos...

It’s a great iniative Laura but anyone else think it lacks a bit of Christmas cheer? I’d dread opening the box which tells me about ‘waking up in Intensive Care’. For Christmas, it would have been lovely to have a health success story to open each day. Hopefully they’ll be an element of that and I don’t ever underestimate how tough this time of the year is for some of our members. Even those of us having a very bad time need more Yo Ho Ho than Oh No No at this time of the year! 🎄

Early warm festive best wishes to all,

Newdawn

LauraHU,

Just thought I'd point out that if you have 24 "doors", and open one each day from the first of December, you end up neatly on Christmas Eve.

However, if you skip days like the third of December, we could hit January before we get to door 24.

Between me checking for the third door and posting, AlexaHU came along and posted it. :-)
