Did you see Question Time last night on BBC1 in the UK?

Linda told the panel all about the NHS Weight Loss HealthUnlocked community and how it has helped her lose weight.

Limit your sugar levels (refined sugar) and eat more naturally. Get rid of processed food cos that is packed with sugar and I don’t consider processed food as REAL food anyhow. Exercise regularly too, that is how Iost weight.

Oh and avoid eating any’diet’ or ‘low fat’ foods too cos these are more likely to put on weight.

We live in a world full of lies. Don’t get sucked into them.
