As a lady i meet today said ,she was not told about the free stuff but had to pay. The British Lung foundation has trained 100s of BLF Active Exercise Instrustors across the country,if you want to find the (name) of your local exercise on precscrption scheme ask your doctor or nurse to contact the BLF exercise instructor look on the blf web site. most BLF Active instructors will know the name and the person to contact.

Only paid half price at local authority leisure centre which had a qualified instructor setting and monitoring my exercise quite reasonable for the good work that it did for me in giving me confidence to do a little more than if nobody was looking
