Happy New Year to all ! So doing very well and managed to avoid colds etc so far but then managed to go out and fracture my arm the radius part 😞and not even touched a drop . How the passer by got me up I am 6 ft 4 and a bit overweight he looked 5 ft 5 I don't know! The good news was I am ok in myself and did not reach for a ciggie which back in time I would have . So still off the fags arm in sling 😀 anyway keep on keeping on folks xx love and light xx

I hope your arm isn't too painful. Good for you for not smoking in spite of it all. Take care of yourself. And happy New year!
