Aswell as my daily excersise I’ve bought a pack of balloons and I blow one up five times every day. Question is with my static bike am I over doing it each day?

I like blowing up an occasional balloon too, left over from when I used to have a dog that liked playing with them. Don't do it 5 times a day, though; more when I come across the packet again.
