Snowy weather

Hi everyone, it's a few months since I popped in. I do hope you're all keeping as well and warm as possible during this freezing cold snap. Brrrrrr ... it's cold out there isn't it. I sat over the lake yesterday watching the swans for an hour or so ... it was -4 degrees. lol

Hiya Carole ... oh those dreaded colds, there's been some nasty ones around the last few months hasn't there. Well it's good to hear that you're both getting over it and feeling better. They really drag you down. Other than that, I hope you're both doing ok. Lovely to hear from you. xxx

Gosh we are lucky tonight,we have had eagles from Mr 2 g's,Bantams from Breatheeasy Anne and now these beautifully photographed Swans from you Lyn.It's like we are producing our own little' Countryfile' calendar for dodgy lung people..........skis and an impressed cat x

Good morning Lyn, How great to read your post,so nice to see a familiar name,Beautiful photo as usual, I remember the lovely ones you posted sometime ago of your beautiful daughter and your new grandchild.I often wonder how all the people are that used to post, especially Wens who had a beautiful property in Australia,I know she didn't have good health and her husband Harry was very poorly,hopefully they are ok,even Azure Skye isn't a regular anymore. Ohhh! They do. And they put off the little birds too. Hardly get any in my garden,with Seagulls circling most of the time.

Beautiful pics. We have swans on the lake where we live , they were carrying a signet around on their backs a few days a go. Could get a decent photo of this though . Your camera must be really good 🙂

It was quite a way off, could it have been an older cygnet , as in grey back and the rest white ? I am a bit dim at times told my mum we had a pelican on the lake, spoke to her again and realised it must have been a heron 😂😂😂
