New Method to investigate lung infections.

I found this in the news this morning. I am not sure how practical it will be for local GPs to use but combined with targeted medications could hold answers for those more persistent infections.

This is a start and the way things progress these days someone will make it affordable and compact enough to allow local doctors to have in the surgery - a few years ago a spirometer was unthinkable in the go surgery but now you can have one at home. The sooner they get this one out and about the better for all of us.

I saw that article too.....it's given me hope that at last lung conditions are getting more research.

Also in the news today there have been studies on the effect of some volatile compounds on lung health.

Yes I saw the Times and the Telegraph both carried stories on household chemicals and their effects on lung health.
