Hello everyone , hope your day is going well. I have a desire to get out to walk after a flu. Was out yesterday, it was lovely & dry. If im well wrapped up & its raining a little bit. But not too cold, should it b ok?. I find it so uplifting. Thanks . Everything worries me so much now. Xx'

Hello Mismatch .

If it makes you feel good and you can stay warm and dry , why not? Any exercise is good for us. I try not to go too far from the house in case I don't feel good if it starts raining.

Enjoy your walk and your day. 🌞🌻🌸🌹🌺🌼🌿

Thank you so much. Always love walking with my husband and dogs. Have a lovely day. X

There's no reason not to stay wrapped up and as dry as possible if you need to rest stop catch your breath and just enjoy it xx

Iv already been out this morning for a long walk and will go again this afternoon for a smaller one xx

If you can handle the damper conditions then go for it. The important thing is to keep warm, especially your neck and chest, as if they get chilled (even if the rest of you is warm) then your immune system can get lowered and less resistant to whatever bugs you may encounter. Doing something you love is very energising and good for the soul :)
