Hi everyone hope you are all managing to cope, I've had bad couple of days which surprised me as I'm usually a positive person just felt a bit low and weepy all the time would be grateful if someone can give me a shake to make me stop feeling low I need some laughter x

Don't worry, feeling down and a bit weepy from time to time, just means you're normal😊. I find a trip on YouTube viewing daft animals makes me laugh out loud - thoroughly recommend the cat and dog ones. It also offers the opportunity to find out about all manner of stuff that you never knew you were interested in, if you feel like switching off and losing yourself for an hour or so. Hope it works for you, if not - then I suggest a nice relaxing bath with your favourite bubble bath, lotions and potions - and maybe some chocolates followed by - whatever you feel like doing.

Hope you feel brighter today, Purl123 . I have little favourite things to do when I'm feeling glum, like playing patience on the computer (no need to shuffle the cards myself) or reading a book in the quiet of my study - as long as I don't look up at the mess!. I also try to count my blessings: such as a roof over my head, food in the cupboard, clothes to wear, a good friend, my husband, my Tinker of a cat, etc. What blessings can you count?

Sorry to know about your husband's diagnosis but glad you're doing mostly OK. Take care 💐

Feeling low is generally quite normal for our type of illnesses, but get your gist. Tomorrow is another day , maybe the sun might visit us later , that always makes people feel better. Right now I am having a bathroom refit which is running two days late, so no smiles from me either. As Morecambe & Wise would say "always look on the bright side of life" so in my case the job is running over but gives me company longer :) :)
