Afternoon all :)

I've been reading but haven't posted much lately. Ive been busy looking for a new house and hopefully a new start living a healthier life with some fresh mountain air. I've had a few 'good' weeks - barely any coughing! - during which time I have managed to find somewhere not far from Dyserth in North Wales. Mountains here we come!

Feel free! I'll set up a tent for you both 😂 three weeks! So much to do, so little time, plus I'm trying to fight off a stinking cold and hoping to doesn't go to my chest. I could do without that at the moment! 🤧 x

Feeling a bit worn out after the hectic weekend! I need a long sleep :)

Good luck with your move - always a stressful time.

We're also moving - away from the pollution of Birmingham , but we're not as far on as you - we haven't put our house on the market yet.

Good luck to you too Helen :)

Brisara

Enjoy your new environment. Be grateful you can still make it up hills and down dales, it will get/keep you fit and help you fight this dreaded problem. Enjoy.

Hi Ikeith, thank you. I've never been into walking much so I've got no idea how much I can manage, but after living in an industrial area and changing from stage 2 to stage 3 in just 5 months really worried us so we decided that going rural might help to keep this horrible disease at bay a little, fingers crossed.

All the best, Brian.
