Hallo Everyone. Yesterday I experienced an excruciating pain starting round the waist and travelling to the chest then back again to the solar plexus. It lasted for about 10 minutes and then subsided completely. Has anyone else had this experience? Your throughts, please. I felt OK afterwards and feel alright now.

Hello Sherry44 . That sounds dreadful. No I've never experienced that before. It must have been a bit frightening. How are you feeling today? Better I hope.

Perhaps mention it to your doctor? I think it is worth it.
