Thanks to all who read and replied to my recent posts, I am all fit and healthy again lol, no lung infection, no viral infection, bullous emphysema not changed/progressed since first diagnosed back in 2010, still I need to keep doing what I'm doing just like the rest of us to keep fit and healthy.

Great news David 1968 about your results indicating you are getting healthier etc ( by way of looking after yourself, exercise & diet) and taking your meds WTC. Well done coz its not as easy as it sounds at times ! Keep up the great work.
