You are very welcome. The pendulum has swung too much the other way. Where were the Mods last Christmas when I was castigated for a joke that had appeared 2 or 3 jokes before mine? It will all settle down. I still think maybe they should have people like you and me as volunteer mods as well to balance things?????? Chance would be fine thing. Kaye x

The reprimands if given ( warranted or not ) should come from the moderators, not individual members..., this is in the conditions of the site.

My post was polite and the suggestion of an apology was a friendly one. I don't think you can abuse & name-call poor mrsmummy one day & then say "Merry Christmas, even the moderators" the next and expect those wishes to be regarded as sincere, unless you apologise

But if both thought they were in the right hanne62, and they both had members agreeing to both sides, then leave it as a truce, agree to disagree, and move on nobody should have to apologise, that's between them and posts like urs as friendly as u ment it is continuing the same debate. Xx Sonia xx

I'm sure she can, but she shouldn't have to. She's a volunteer, helping out so the charity doesn't have to waste precious money employing people. I think the mods deserve respect in that role, not abuse. Anyway let's "agree to disagree", in the spirit of goodwill
