Oo ah. Nasty. No I've not had this (nor my flu jab yet) but I'm wondering about shingles, you're ringing bells because my sister gets it.

Look up the symptoms and feel free to ignore me if I'm thinking from somewhere other than my brain (going stir crazy from staying home alone)......

Hope it turns out to be nothing to worry about. Good luck, P

Thanks I will look it up I have had numbness in the past but put it down to the amount of driving I do 😊

Hi piglet, with our problems and daily dealings, I find any symptoms hard to discypher anymore, but whatever it is I hope u find out and get it dealt with . Take care xx Sonia xx

Hi sonia I totally agree any ache or pain now I think is this related to my copd, I,m pretty lucky I think as Im not on any inhalers or meds yet and can still do everything I used to do before knowing ( except the fags) so Im hoping its mild, off to the docs on the 26th armed with lots of questions, mainly from what I have read on here, people are so kind when Im feeling low I come on here and the positativity relly gives me a boost, thanks for your comments, take care 2 xx

Hi Piglet, Ive not had a bad back, but two weeks almost to the day after my flu jab i had a runny nose, headache and achy limbs. Didn't associate with the flu jab until i heard from my sister in law that she had had the same symptoms after hers.

The tingly bit does sound a bit worrying though - Id see my GP if that doesn't clear pretty quickly.

Wishing you better :)

I've had my flu jab and I suffer from COPD. As a general rule, I'm lucky and don't suffer any side effects, but this year I did get a slight cold but nothing like your other symptoms. Ring your doctors and get a telephone consultation to see what they suggest. Best to be cautious, especially as the weather is getting colder now. Best of luck.

Hi piglet64. Yes I had similar reaction. And I have asthma and copd. My husband also had same reaction and he doesn't have asthma or copd. My brother also had same and he has heart problems. I feel it has something to do with flu jab. We are feeling better now as it didn't last like long. x
