Having found there are some AC/DC fans on here and I've just been to Wembley to see them I thought why not revisit an old post of mine.

The dreaded 6 minute walk on a treadmill Dall Style with a bit of air guitar and huffing and puffing thrown in.

Turn your oxygen up,click the link, fire up that treadmill or walk around the room and get giddy and fit at the same time. :)

Hi Aberdeenman, Music helps make exercise a little more fun don't it so your more likely to do it again. This video was made around a year and a half ago but after the AC/DC gig I thought it was worth a re-post. :) .

Hey Carole, glad I got you bopping around, if you were puffing at the end then I've done my job getting you to exercise and have some fun at the same time.

Maybe some will rub off on you Lyn but be careful what you wish for this enthusiasm is dangerous stuff you know, just look at the state of me. :)

Thanks freefaller, as you can see exercise can be fun as well as being good for us. A bit of good music can make you push yourself that bit harder I find.

That was so impressive...and you could still smile at the end too.

But no Tiger....I thought cats and treadmills went together according to you tube.....maybe he's not an AC/ DC fan

Hi knitter, I posted this video before, about a year and a half ago before Tiger decided he wanted to get in on the act :) . He and our other cat Tigger have both been seen sleeping on my treadmill, I've not tried it myself but it looks better than walking on it so I don't blame them. Ha Ha.

Tiger doesn't mind AC/DC, its me he don't like singing and I can't blame him for that can I :) .

I thought it was worth a re-post after the AC/DC gig at Wembley and for those who were wondering whether or not treadmills can be fun and not just mind destroying torture machines for winter exercising.

Was that a smile or a grimace, probably a bit of both. :)
