yes, I have, but I have always put it down to my osteoporosis and arthritis. I have emphysema....have you mentioned it to your doctor????? It's not nice, and I really have difficulties with turning handles, and gripping anything. I am sure it is not my COPD though

Hi TerryG

I doubt that your symptoms would be a result of copd, although I could be wrong. If I were you, I would go to your GP on Monday and get this checked out. It could be something simple like a trapped nerve or a number of things. It is not really possible to diagnose over the internet with symptoms like this, as there could be a number of reasons for this. The sooner you get it seen to the better though, and it will put your mind at rest. Your doctor will have your notes and be able to examine you and ask questions. He/she might want to do some blood tests or an x-ray, but please do go and see about it, before it gets any worse. Good luck, and I hope you get some help with this problem. Take care, hugs from Huggs xx

Sounds a bit like arthritis in the neck. Is it all of the fingers or just several.Best thing is to have a chat with the Gp.

I had pins & needles in my hands had both carpal tunnel done. I now have pins & needles in both hands and feet my GP did some bloods and tested me for vit B12 deficiency this can cause pins & needles my bloods came back ok so now have to have nerve conducting tests done but I think this is coming from my back problems as you can't have carpal tunnel in your feet. I have COPD stage 4 was diagnosed 10 years ago.
