Can't help with the diet, for excercise try.
Check in with BLF pages, or NHS choices site about diet for respiratory health.

Ask GP for a referral to pulmonary rehabilitation to get you started with the exercise and from there you can expand into other forms of exercise.

Its important to eat healthily and exercise regularly.

I've lost over 1 stone in 8 weeks by joining Slimming world and feel brilliant and am able to walk much further now. I have emphysema and fibrosis of the lung caused by radiotherapy 25 years ago. Give it a go!
Thanks have jumped on my daughter in laws weight watcher and copying her poor pensioner I am afraid it is big business though

High In my research I came across "my fitness pal" from a link on the nhs choices site and I think its great to help monitor weight and exercise.
